The clavichord, considered by many musicians a valid support for keyboard technique, is an instrument of incomparable sensibility. It was very popular in Germany where it was still used after the end of 18th century.
The instrument shown here has a great compass with octave strings for bass notes.
I supply the decoration of the soundboard, the sides and the lid on request.
